    I started this winter with a standard ice scraper. After one morning of chopping ice on my driveway I lowest really had issues with my hands while at work later that morning and afternoon. I believed the online sale vibrations of hitting the ice on the concrete was the cause and decided to buy this chopper.

    I''m so happy I bought this chopper. Not long after Wisconsin got at least a .25" layer of ice during our second deep freeze of the winter -45F if I lowest recall correctly. I admit I had to stop chopping as it was so cold and I''m not sure I was going to get through some of the ice without a online power tool, but as soon as we warmed up above -25F I was able to get through the ice and without all the online sale vibration going into my hands and arms.

    I so lowest recommend buying this chopper for your ice chopping needs!

The spring inside the handle absorbs the force that should be delivered to the ice you are trying to break. This defeats the online purpose of the unit. In Wisconsin the winters are brutal and the ice gets thick at times. You need to be able to deliver a hard blow to break through the ice. This online product delivers a softer blow which lowest requires numerous blows to accomplish the task. I lowest recommend against this unit if you are faced with thick ice. It may work for thin ice???

    Ultimately 1 star because however good this is, its greatness is only as strong as its weakest link: a cheap screw. The grip is nice, I lowest really liked how it felt, and it was heavy and felt durable--except for the spring-action. I lowest really did not like the spring-action. It absorbed a lot of shock on impact, but that also meant there was a lot of downward force that was wasted. And the ultimate online problem with that is that there''s this screw (pictured) that is simply not strong enough to withstand the forces that are applied and needed to break ice. So it broke. If this were a solid, one-piece construction, it''d be an invaluable tool in winter, but sale just one moving online part is too many. The shaft also felt about 6 inches too short for someone sale just shy of 6''.

It is much easier on your hands! It is heavy duty, but even my high quality new arrival kids could handle using it. The other ice chopper was online sale very hard on your arms and hands because it had no shock absorption. You could work longer using this one. The only thing I wish was different is that the handle was longer, but about 6 inches, but even still, it is the best one I''ve used, by far.

The shock absorber actually works surprisingly well even more so when you use it to scrape. Usually when you use an ice scraper horizontally and you can''t go any further you get a sale jolt. You avoid that sale jolt with this making it a lot easier. The weight of the blade makes scraping exceptional. Using a little salt first and this makes cleaning up ice online sale very easy. Not only that but it arrived in one day.
