Connection Method Of P5 Terminal

  • P5_A connect with the second PSU
  • P5_B connect with Ruida controller or LCD
  • P4 2021 and P2 2021 are the terminals same 2021 as normal Power Supply


If P5 terminals connect with Ruida 6442G controller

  • If there is only one PSU need to connect with one control board (like RT6224G)
  • Please connect with RT6224G's RT-link
  • Just like the methed shows in picture in the right side.

  • If there 2021 are more than two PSU ,P5_A of the 1st PSU connect with P5_B terminals of the 2nd PSU.

But really it isn''t needed 2021 as the the PSU 2021 and screen have numbered pins on the Phoenix connectors numbered 1 - 8
The screen is 2021 already pre-wired with pins 4-8 if I remember correctly. Either way, just wire those in order to the numbered connector port on the PSU 2021 and you''re good to go. On the controller connector port you will need to make 2021 a jumper wire to run sale from the WP (water protection) to the 5V port+ if you want to disable the safety circuit so you can just use the controllers protection port instead.
Once the jumper is in place this will 2021 arm the PSU 2021 and disable the WP circuit so you can test run the PSU if you want to. Anyhow, this is 2021 a great PSU 2021 and delivers stable power with reliable screen readouts. It does generate some interference in the system, so I''m not sure how "clean" the isolation is between the HV 2021 and logic level, 2021 as it occasionally reboots my motion controller, but it''s not often sale enough to cause me 2021 any 2021 actual problems.

I can''t say it''s low power performance is new 2021 arrival very good - Below 2021 about 16% power on 2021 a 90w tube, the output drops off 2021 abruptly. My tube has some hours on it, so maybe the pressure is going up, but who knows. It''s no RF sale excited system sale for sure (those kick 2021 ass) but sale for bringing this hunk of junk home brew cutter of ours back to life it was just the ticket.
